What Are They?

A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Origin: Japanese,  literal translation: ‘universal life energy.’

Everything is energy. All mass, which we perceive as solid, is actually a conglomeration of atoms vibrating together. The speed of this vibration is different for all matter. And so it is with crystals. Crystals, however, vibrate at very high speeds, or frequencies, making them a perfect tool for energy healing work. By placing a crystal in close proximity to an area of blockage, the higher frequency of a crystal entrains the lower vibrational frequency of an energy blockage and raises the lower frequency back to its optimal and healthy speed. When energy blockages are healed, health is restored, because these blockages, or areas of low vibrational frequency in our energy bodies, are believed to be the cause of the physical manifestation of disease.
